Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Shift24 ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Shift24 provides professional Shopify store setup services, including store configuration, theme customization, product listing, and launch support. The specific deliverables for each project are defined by the selected service plan.

3. User Accounts

You must sign in using Google OAuth to access the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Payment Terms

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are displayed in the currency indicated on the pricing page. Payment is required before work begins on your store setup. By making a purchase, you agree to the pricing and payment terms displayed at the time of checkout.

5. Deliverables & Timeline

We will make reasonable efforts to complete your store setup within the estimated timeline communicated during the onboarding process. Timelines may vary depending on the complexity of your requirements and the responsiveness of your feedback. Shift24 is not liable for delays caused by incomplete or late information provided by you.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you own the content and configuration of your Shopify store. Shift24 retains ownership of proprietary tools, templates, and processes used to deliver the service. You grant Shift24 permission to showcase your completed store in our portfolio unless you opt out in writing.

7. Limitation of Liability

Shift24 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue, or sales from your Shopify store.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement by providing written notice. Upon termination, you will receive any completed work up to that point. Refund eligibility upon termination is governed by our Refund Policy.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. For questions, contact us at support@shift24.com.
