Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase if work on your Shopify store has not yet begun. Once store setup work has commenced, refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis depending on the amount of work completed.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at support@shift24.com with your order details and the reason for your request. We will review your request and respond within 3 business days.

3. Partial Refunds

If work has already begun on your store, we may offer a partial refund proportional to the remaining undelivered work. The exact amount will be calculated based on the project milestones completed at the time of your request.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refund:

  • Third-party fees (Shopify subscription, domain registration, apps)
  • Completed and delivered store setups that have been approved
  • Custom development work that has been delivered and accepted

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method (Stripe) within 5–10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been initiated. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
